Alpha-Imperium offers an alternative method of entering selected competitions by post. This free postal entry route does not require payment other than the cost of postage.

Conditions for Postal Entry

By using the free postal entry route, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering the competition and that you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions, together with any additional competition-specific rules published on our website.

How to Enter

To enter a competition by post, send a handwritten postcard or letter including the following information:

1. Your full name
2. Your full postal address, including city and postcode
3. Your telephone number
4. The email address registered to your Alpha-Imperium account
5. The name of the competition you wish to enter
6. The name of the prize you wish to enter for

Handwriting must be clear and legible. Entries that are printed, mechanically reproduced, incomplete, or unclear may be rejected.

Entry Requirements

Postal entries must be posted during the live promotion period of the relevant competition. Entries received within 2 working days after the competition closing date may still be accepted, provided they were posted within the promotion period and are otherwise valid.

Only one postal entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries sent in a single envelope may be treated as invalid. You may submit multiple separate postal entries, subject to any entry limits stated for the relevant competition.

Confirmation of Entry

You will not be entered into the competition until your postal entry has been received, checked, and accepted by Alpha-Imperium. If accepted, confirmation may be sent by email and/or reflected in your registered account.

Validity of Entries

Any postal entry that does not comply with these requirements may be declared void. Valid postal entries will be entered into the relevant draw alongside paid online entries and will have an equal chance of winning.

You must have an active Alpha-Imperium account at the time your postal entry is processed, and the details on your postal entry must match the details registered on your account.
