You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The information you provide is complete and accurate.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are purchasing the products for lawful purposes.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

We sell decorative stickers, decals, sticker packs and related products.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, measurements and colours are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and the material on which the sticker is applied.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging, positioning, dimensions and minor design details may vary.

You should check the product description, dimensions, materials and application instructions before placing an order.

4. CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED STICKERS

Some products may be personalised using names, text, colours, logos, photographs or other information supplied by you.

You are responsible for checking all personalised information before submitting your order. This includes:

Spelling
Names
Numbers
Colours
Measurements
Uploaded images
Design positioning
Vehicle or surface dimensions

We are not responsible for errors contained in information or artwork approved or supplied by you.

Once production of a personalised or custom-made product has begun, the order may not normally be cancelled or changed.

This does not affect your legal rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or materially different from the approved design.

5. CONTENT PROVIDED BY CUSTOMERS

When you submit a photograph, logo, design, trademark, text or other content, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
Our use of the content to fulfil your order will not infringe another person’s rights.
The content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading.
The content does not promote violence, hatred, illegal activity or intellectual-property infringement.

You grant us a limited right to use the supplied content only as necessary to process, manufacture and deliver your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, harmful or infringes third-party rights.

6. PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, you must:

Select the product you wish to purchase.
Choose any available size, colour, quantity or personalisation options.
Add the product to your basket.
Provide accurate billing and delivery information.
Select a payment method.
Review and confirm your order.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement email. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

A product is unavailable.
The price or product description contains an obvious error.
Payment cannot be authorised.
Delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate.
We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
The order contains prohibited or infringing content.
We cannot fulfil the order for technical or operational reasons.

Where payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, we will refund the amount paid.

8. PRICES

Product prices are displayed on the Website.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

Delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete checkout.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country, unless stated otherwise.

If a product is displayed with an obvious pricing error, we are not required to supply it at that incorrect price.

9. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers available at checkout.

We may accept payment methods such as:

Debit or credit card
Stripe
PayPal
Other displayed payment options

We do not directly store your complete payment-card information.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Your order may be delayed or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed or subject to a security review.

10. DELIVERY

We will deliver products to the address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery may be affected by:

Postal or courier delays
Customs procedures
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Incorrect addresses
Events outside our reasonable control

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

Where a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failure to collect or refusal of delivery, additional postage charges may apply before the order is resent.

11. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Responsibility for the products normally passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

Ownership of the products passes to you after we have received full payment.

12. CANCELLING A NON-PERSONALISED ORDER

For most non-personalised products purchased online, consumers may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the products.

To exercise this right, contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel:

contact.alphaimperium@gmail.com

After notifying us, you must normally return the products within 14 days.

Products must be returned:

Unused
Unapplied
Undamaged
In a resalable condition
With the original packaging where reasonably possible

You are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted product unless we agree otherwise.

This cancellation right does not generally apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

13. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Custom-made or personalised stickers cannot normally be returned simply because you changed your mind.

This includes products made using:

Custom names or text
Personal photographs
Customer-supplied logos
Custom dimensions
Bespoke colours
Customer-approved designs

You may still contact us where the product is:

Faulty
Damaged
Incorrectly manufactured
Different from the approved design
Not as described
14. RETURNS

Before returning a product, contact:

contact.alphaimperium@gmail.com

Include:

Your name
Order number
Reason for the return
Photographs where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect
The product you wish to return

Products should not be returned without sufficient information allowing us to identify the order.

We recommend using a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for returned parcels until they are received by us.

15. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

We may wait until we receive the returned products or receive evidence that they have been sent back.

For valid cancellations of eligible products, the refund may include the standard outbound delivery charge. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery service may not be refundable.

We may reduce a refund where a returned product has lost value because it was handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Refund processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.

16. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if a product:

Arrives damaged
Is faulty
Is materially different from its description
Does not match the approved personalisation
Is missing from the order
Is the wrong product

We may ask for photographs or other reasonable evidence.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer:

A replacement
A repair where appropriate
A partial refund
A full refund

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights. UK consumer law may entitle customers to remedies when goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

17. STICKER APPLICATION

Customers are responsible for checking whether a sticker is suitable for the intended surface.

Before full application, we recommend testing the sticker on a small and inconspicuous area.

Application results may depend on:

Surface cleanliness
Surface texture
Temperature
Humidity
Age or condition of paint
Application method
Exposure to weather or chemicals

Unless the product is defective, we are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, removal, unsuitable surfaces or failure to follow instructions.

For vehicle stickers, customers are responsible for checking whether application or placement complies with local road, visibility and vehicle regulations.

18. PRODUCT CARE

Unless stated otherwise, stickers should be applied to a clean, dry and suitable surface.

Do not apply stickers over dirt, grease, wax, loose paint, rust or damaged surfaces.

Durability may vary depending on environmental conditions, cleaning products, pressure washing, sunlight and normal wear.

Any expected lifespan stated on the Website is an estimate and not a guarantee unless expressly identified as one.

19. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes:

Must be used before their expiry date.
Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
May be restricted to selected products or customers.
Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
May be withdrawn where used fraudulently or contrary to their conditions.

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
